and all God is doing through his ministry.
Chosen Launch Weekend
Something special is happening at Friendship Vallejo on Sunday, May 17, 2026 — and we want the whole family to be part of it.
During both our 9 AM and 11 AM worship experiences, we’ll officially launch our partnership with World Vision Chosen, giving our church family the opportunity to be chosen by a child in Kenya.
That’s right — instead of choosing a child to sponsor, a child chooses you.
This is more than a sponsorship opportunity. It’s a chance to build a real connection across the world through love, prayer, and community. Pastor Justin will personally travel to Kenya to meet the children being sponsored through Friendship Vallejo, making this an especially meaningful moment for our church family.
Launch weekend is full of fun for the whole family. Starting after 9 AM worship, kids and teens can head outside for games, snacks, bouncy houses and more, while families experience the Chosen Lobby Experience together after service.
Come ready to worship, celebrate, connect, and get ready to meet your new friend in Kenya.
Then on Sunday, May 31, during Chosen Reveal Weekend, you’ll discover which child chose you.
Children's Church
Join us for Children's Church every Sunday at 9 AM, and every 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Sunday at 11 AM in the FriendZone.
Children under the age of 13 must be checked in by a parent or guardian
at the FriendZone beginning at 10:45 AM.
